1. After issuing the tickets, any changes/cancellation/delays/refunds of the flights, you must directly contact to the airlines/ticketing agency mentioned on your tickets and their respective policies will be applicable in this respect. Please do not call  UHajj Travels as we are not responsible once tickets are issued.

2. $500 non-refundable fees will be applied for cancellation before three weeks of the travel date for any reasons on top of the issued ticket’s original prices. 

3. Itinerary of the travels including flights, hotels and group leads are subject to availability/change.

4. UHajj Travels is just a logistical travels service providers. Any incidental/accidental or service related issues either in USA or out of the USA, UHajj Travels is not responsible for any calims.

5. UHajj Travels is not Hajj Service Provider. We can only help to provide information or prepare you for your Hajj Visa Application.
